Bo should be played with confidence, street awareness, and a natural toughness. He is the kind of man who pays attention to his surroundings and doesn't need to do a lot of talking to establish his presence.

Don't overplay the toughness. Bo should feel authentic, controlled, and unpredictable. His silence can sometimes be more intimidating than his words. When he speaks, it should feel deliberate—like he means exactly what he says.

There should also be something underneath the exterior that makes Bo feel human rather than like a stereotypical street character. Give him layers. Let the audience feel that there is more going on in his head than he is willing to reveal.

Keep it real. Keep it controlled. Let Bo's presence do the work.
